How can I know if I’m booked to work?

Email confirmations will be sent out once you’re booked, if you still haven’t received any email and your promo is coming up, first check your spam folder and if you don’t find any email, text Aidee Rivera immediately (773) 814-5074

What should I do if I am not longer available to work?

If you can no longer work your booking, you should call me or text me at least 24 hrs in advance so I can have someone to replace.

Can I find a replacement if I am not longer available to work?

BA(s) replacement should be approved by the agency first. BA(s) who have not been previously approved CANNOT fill in at the last minute.

What can I do if I have no funds to purchase the product for my demo?

Call me or text me to let me know of your situation and I’ll quick pay for you to be able to purchase the product.

Where can I pick up my demo materials?

I will be reaching out to you to coordinate a date and time to pick up your materials. Sometimes we might not need to meet up for every single demo if you have enough materials for the brand you are sampling.

What should I do if I run out of sampling cups, ice, product, etc.?

Purchase whatever you need and add the receipt to your recap for reimbursement.

Should I buy 1 bottle per each promo I am working?

If you’re working the same brand on your next promo and you still have product from your previous event, use that until you are out. If you run out of product in the middle of your event then purchase one more bottle. Add receipt on your recap.

What should I do if I ran out of POS, giveaways while I’m working my demo?

If you run out of your giveaways, shirts, pens, hats, etc. Keep doing your sampling and interact w/ customers by educating consumers about the product & encouraging them to try and buy.

Can I hand out a giveaway to anyone under 21 years old?

NO, absolutely not. Per law, we are not allowed to hand out any alcohol-branded item to anyone under 21. We might hand it out to their parents if they present.

Can I sample anyone who has no ID or proof of age?

No, unfortunately, we can only hand out samples to consumers who are 21 and older. BA(s) MUST ID every single customer.

What do I do if the account doesn’t have product on the shelf.

Please find the manager or store assistant and ask them to look for the product on the back. If they looked and don’t have it call me immediately so I can find out with the client what should we do. DO NOT leave the account unless otherwise is indicated.

What happens if I show up and the account says I’m not scheduled to work?

Call me ASAP so I can talk to the account and client. Sometimes the sales rep schedule demos without advising the account but, most likely the account will allow you to work your demo.

How can I know which brand am I promoting?

Once you’re booked you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your demo, brand, date, location, time, product info, etc.
